Major objectives

- Overseeing the implementation of all engineering and development plans in the framework of design, engineering, construction as well as implementation of activities executed at onshore and offshore oil and gas sector within NIOC.

- Managing human resource to provide expert staff from inside the oil industry and to recruit and train young and well-educated personnel.

- Coordination and effective communication with organizations affiliated to the oil ministry as well as other state organizations and offices in all fields.
